The prices indicated below are per room per week and include DAILY CLEANING, BED LINEN, BATH LINEN, SOLARIUM, SWIMMING POOL USE, PRIVATE AND COVERED CAR-MOTORCYCLE-BIKE PARKING, WI-FI, GARDEN EQUIPED WITH TABLES AND CHAIRS.

BUFFET BREAKFAST WILL BE AVAIABLE AT A COST OF 10 EUROS PER PERSON

MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHT.

In case of a 1 night stay, a small increase will be applied.

The reservation will be confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% by bank transfer which can be refunded in case of cancellation whithin 15 days from the expected arrival date.
